  1. Can I cancel my booking and receive my deposit back?
    Deposits are non-refundable; however, they can be applied toward another service or issued as a gift card for future use. This ensures flexibility if your plans change.

  2. Do you provide cleanup services for Romantic Room Service or events?
    Currently, we do not offer cleanup services. It is the client’s responsibility to tidy up the space to avoid additional fees.

  3. Do you offer event planning or romantic room services outside of Milwaukee?
    Yes, we do! Travel is available, and mileage plus accommodations will be added to your final invoice for any services outside of the Milwaukee area.

  4. How far in advance should I book my event or room service?
    We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date. For bookings made within the same week, a $50 rush fee will apply. No dates are reserved until deposits are paid.

  5. Can I customize the theme or style of my Romantic Room Service or picnic setup?
    Absolutely! You can personalize your event by adding your preferred color scheme, theme, and special requests in the notes section when booking.

  6. Do you handle hotel reservations for Romantic Room Service?
    No, we do not book hotels for clients, but we’re happy to provide recommendations to ensure your experience is perfect.

  7. What happens during the setup of my Romantic Room Service?
    While we’re setting up your room, no guests are allowed inside. You’ll receive a courtesy text once the setup is complete, and the room key will be left in the designated spot for your convenience.

  8. What types of events do you specialize in?
